Remote Service
Through the remote maintenance function, equipment overhauling or modifying system data will not be charged any fees in PHONSAOR maintenance center.
Preventative Maintenance
To keep equipment in good operating performance, PHONSOAR provides regularly preventative maintenance and inspection service. The maintenance time is determined by both parties. If any defective components are found during maintenance and need to be replaced, the replaced components will not be charged any fees.
General Maintenance
When a general failure occurs, PHONSOAR gives instructions by phone call or online processing after receiving the notice. If the troubleshooting cannot be completed online, PHONSOAR will send personnel to repair it, and guarantee that the repair will be completed within 48 hours. No fee will be charged.
Repair Service
If the maintenance object cannot be repaired on site and must be brought back to repair, the repair materials and components or the equipment materials for the faulty products will not be charged any fees.
Spare Parts Service
If the maintenance object cannot be repaired on site and must be brought back to repair, PHONSOAR provides replacements of the same type or quality better than the original that equipment can operate normally. When the repair work is done, it should be replaced back by original. No fee will be charged.
Emergency Maintenance
When an emergency failure occurs, PHONSOAR gives instructions by phone call or online processing within 1 hour after receiving the notice. If the troubleshooting cannot be completed online, PHONSOAR will send personnel to the place where the equipment is placed for maintenance services within 2 hours during official hours. If it occurs during non-official hours, PHONSOAR will send personnel for maintenance services within 4 hours. No fee will be charged.
24/7
When an emergency failure occurs, PHONSOAR provides 24/7 emergency maintenance service after receiving the notice. No fee will be charged.
APP Extension System Upgrade
PHONSOAR provides upgrade service for APP extension system server software and application software. No fee will be charged.
